In addition to individual and group courses, our main focus is Breastfeeding/Lactation Support, Counseling, and Education during any stage of your journey. We prefer to be a part of your journey from the very beginning, that's why we offer detailed and specific birthing plans!!!

As with all our visits, they can either be virtual, in-person, or over the phone. Our birthing plans are more detailed than the basic checklist from the Doctor's office. I offer my clients a more informed picture of what actually goes on in the delivery room. We want our clients to feel safe, satisfied, dignified, and empowered on such a monumental event as bringing life into this world. Breastfeeding and Lactation Support is suggested to assist parents through their NEW journey!!!

Training to become a Doula has shown me that not all our young women have thought about their plans for themselves as young adults. A lot of issues with our young women can be rectified with just a little one-on-one time by bringing up issues that they were otherwise clueless about. It's time to educate them and let them know that history does not have to repeat itself. I offer that to them and assist parents with setting their daughters up for success in life so that they can live the life that they truly desire.
